Folding the backrest or backrests onto the seat cushion

To fold the back or backs (depending on vehicle configuration):

• Insert buckles 1 into slots 2 before moving the seat back or backs. Fully lower the rear head restraints.
• Fully lower the rear head restraints.
• Lower the handle or handles 3.
• Lower backrest or backrests A and/or B.

To raise the backrest or backrests (depending on vehicle configuration):

• Raise the backrest or backrests.
• Make sure the seat backs are securely locked.
