Brake system — general information

The car is equipped with a working brake system with a hydraulic drive and diagonal separation of circuits, which significantly increases the safety of driving the car, as well as a vacuum brake booster, which reduces the force on the brake pedal, thereby making it easier to drive the car. To prevent the rear wheels from locking when braking, a pressure regulator is installed. The parking brake acts on the rear wheels via a cable drive.

The ABS Bosch 5.0 anti-lock braking system is installed as an option on the basic RTE version, and as standard equipment on the RXE and RXT versions.
