- When the ignition is turned on, the fast idle system is activated if the air temperature is less than 10°C.
- The system turns off when the coolant temperature reaches 60°C.
Accelerated idling control
The fast idle function is controlled by an electronic unit via a pneumatic capsule control solenoid valve. This function only applies to vehicles equipped with air conditioning.
