Note. The wiring harness may vary depending on the engine variant. At the same time, the same type of arrangement of the components shown in the chapter is preserved.
All electrical functions and parts are protected by fusible links that protect the vehicle's electrical system from damage in the event of a short circuit or overload. Safety blocks are located in two places.
1. Relay / fuse box in the engine compartment (WITH).
2. Fuse box in the passenger compartment behind the soundproof trim on the driver's side (A or B) depending on the configuration.
Replacing fuses
The failure of an electrical component or function may be caused by a temporary overload or blown fuse.
Read the fuse label to find its location.
Remove the fuse and see if the fuse is blown. If it is burned out, replace it with a new one of the same color and amperage.
Under the cover in the engine compartment A are pliers B, with which you can remove and replace the fuse. If the same fuse blows multiple times, the related component is bad.
Purpose of fuses:
1 - automatic parking brake;
2 - brake light;
3 - automatic door lock;
4 - power window driver's door;
5 - CECBS (salon central electronic switching unit);
6 - direction indicators;
7 — navigation system;
8 — an internal rear-view mirror;
9 - rear window cleaner;
10, 11 - rear power windows;
12 — ABS / ESP;
13 - power window of the passenger door;
14 - windshield washer;
15 — heating of external rear-view mirrors;
16 - audio system;
17 - power socket for additional equipment in the luggage compartment;
18 - power socket for additional equipment for the rear seats;
19 - cigarette lighter.
When replacing, remove the fuse using tongs 3 located on the back of cover A or B.
To remove the fuse from the tweezers, slide it to the side (as it shown on the picture).
Free fuse slots are not recommended.
