Aggregate replacement (new engine)

Parts to be removed from a used engine and installed on a new engine (provided they are correct):

• all hoses of the engine cooling system;
• oil pressure sensor;
• knock sensor;
• intake manifold;
• an exhaust manifold;
• generator;
• water pump;
• air conditioning compressor;
• multifunctional bracket.

Note. On engines with index 701, 711 or 713, 731 or 733, the drive disk must also be reinstalled on the new unit.

Parts that must be replaced:

• thermostat;
• seal between thermostat housing and cylinder head;
• intake manifold gasket;
• exhaust manifold gasket;
• multifunctional bracket gasket;
• exhaust manifold studs;
• exhaust manifold stud nuts;
• accessory drive belt;
• auxiliary equipment drive belt tensioner;
• bolt of fastening of a tension roller of a belt of a drive of the auxiliary equipment;
• damaged hoses of the engine cooling system.
