Remove the engine undertray.
Drain the engine oil.
Turn away in the specified order bolts of fastening of the pallet crankcase of the engine.
Detach the engine oil pan using a crankcase separator with silicone gaskets (Mot. 1716).
Remove the engine oil pan.
Note. Caution, some oil remains in the engine sump.
Before installation, apply a mating surface cleaner to the surfaces to be cleaned.
Wait approximately 10 minutes. Remove residue with a wooden spatula.
Degrease and clean the mating surfaces with a surface cleaner.
Check that the surface of the engine oil pan is not scratched or deformed.
If such damage is found, replace the pan.
Check that the end plate is not scratched.
Apply a bead of approximately 5 mm diameter silicone sealant approximately 8 mm from the inside edge of the oil pan to ensure a good seal.
Install the engine oil pan.
Tighten the engine sump bolts by hand until they touch.
Tighten the oil sump bolts to 10 Nm in the order shown.
