Oil pump

Minimum oil pressure at 80°C:

• 1000 rpm 2 bar;
• 3000 rpm 3.5 bar.

Valve opening pressure: 2.2±0.2.

Removal and installation

1. Remove the oil pan.

2. Remove the oil pump.

3. Remove the oil pump cover and valve.



4. Check clearance A, mm:

• minimum 0.10;
• maximum 0.24.

5. Check clearance B, mm:

• minimum 0.020;
• maximum 0.085.

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
