Attention! On models equipped with a seat belt pretensioner, the pretensioner must be disengaged before removing the seat (see Section Front seat belt pretensioning system - general information).
Removing
1. Apply the parking brake, then jack up the front of the vehicle and place it on jack stands.
2. Working under the car, give four nuts of fastening of a seat.
3. In the passenger compartment, raise the front seat, as access opens, disconnect all electrical connectors (refer to accompanying illustration). Remove the seat from the passenger compartment.
Rear seats
Sedan and hatchback models
1. To remove the pillow (ek) rear seat lift it up (their) up and detach the side front hinges from the floor.
2. To remove the backrest, first remove the pillows, then give the fastening nuts of the backrest loops. Release the backrest from the locking pins and remove it from the vehicle.
Coupe models
1. Open the storage compartment of the rear seat, then pull the felt cover and give the fixing nuts (refer to accompanying illustration).
2. Using pliers, remove the left and right side sections of the rear seat cushion, then remove the cushion from the vehicle (refer to accompanying illustration).
3. Give fixing nuts and take assemblage of a back of a seat from the car. If the seat is removed as an assembly, give the main nuts of the three hinges, if only one of the side sections is to be removed, give the nut of the corresponding side hinge and the corresponding side small nut of the central hinge (refer to accompanying illustration).
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Track reliability of a tightening of fixture.
